The survey coordinator conducts on-site ssessments at local markets to evaluate the availability of grain stocks and perform preliminary quality checks, ensuring alignment with procurement standards and demand forecasts.

Before procurement, grain samples are collected and checked for purity, moisture, size, and other quality parameters. Only stock meeting industry standards proceeds to the next stage.
